Six months after purchasing a lamp that arrived without a proper charger, and after sending 15 emails with photos and videos, I still can't charge it! Are there even real people working in this company? Does anyone read the emails? Why does it take over a week for a response? They keep asking for the same information without resolving the issue. I cannot recommend dealing with this company.
