Received damaged items + poor customer service

I am extremely upset with my order. The fragile bowls were poorly packaged with just a thin piece of paper, resulting in several items arriving shattered after a long delivery time. There was no bubble wrap for protection, and the same brand of plates I ordered arrived safely packaged. I tried to submit my claim online, but it didn't work, and after 3 days of waiting for a response from customer service, I still haven't heard anything. I strongly advise against using this service, especially for first-time buyers.

Completely useless!

Six months after purchasing a lamp that arrived without a proper charger, and after sending 15 emails with photos and videos, I still can't charge it! Are there even real people working in this company? Does anyone read the emails? Why does it take over a week for a response? They keep asking for the same information without resolving the issue. I cannot recommend dealing with this company.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order in May for delivery in August, but received no updates. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the new estimate was November. They provided vague responses and showed no accountability. They've held my money for months with no concern for the delays or inconvenience. Their solution? Cancel your order. There's no complaints process or accountability. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience
