If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order in May for delivery in August, but received no updates. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the new estimate was November. They provided vague responses and showed no accountability. They've held my money for months with no concern for the delays or inconvenience. Their solution? Cancel your order. There's no complaints process or accountability. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
