I ordered a set of plates for my wife's birthday, and we were excited. However, when the box arrived, 4 items were smashed, and nothing was protected. I contacted customer service and received an automated response stating I would be contacted within 48 hours, but I've heard nothing since. If any representative reads this, please contact me ASAP for a replacement!
