I had a terrible experience with the service. I ordered gloves and a helmet on January 3rd, and they said it would ship on the 8th. They kept taking and refunding my money. When I tried to cancel, I was told it was already for shipment. Now, they have canceled my gloves, claiming they are out of stock after holding my money for almost two weeks. I called and was assured my items would ship soon. Days later, they said my gloves were out of stock, and they are still holding my money for the helmet. I wish I had just gone to a store. I will never use this service again. This is absurd. Many others have shared the same experience. We needed these items for our snowmobile trip. What a frustrating situation! They misled me during both calls about shipping. If you want your items, avoid this service.
