Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered gloves and a helmet on January 3rd, and was told they would ship on the 8th. Instead, they keep taking and refunding my money. I was informed that I couldn't cancel the order as it was supposedly ready for shipment. Now, they've canceled my glove order, claiming they're out of stock, after holding my money for nearly two weeks. When I called, I was assured my items would ship soon. Now, they say the gloves are unavailable, while still holding my payment for the helmet, which I suspect will face the same issue. I regret not going to a store directly. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from them again. Many others have shared similar stories. We needed these items for our snowmobile trip. What a terrible situation. I was misled during both calls about shipping. If you want your items, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

It used to be that if I ordered before 3 PM, I would get my items the next day. Then it started taking a couple of days, which was still acceptable. Now, they say it will ship in three days, but after four days, it still hasn't left. Calling them is pointless; I get no information and the representatives are rude. They won’t let me cancel my order even though it hasn’t shipped on the promised date. On the fourth day, I received a tracking label created, but it still hasn't shipped. It’s now Thursday at 1 PM, and it won’t arrive before the weekend. For snowmobilers, a week is crucial; we might only have 5 or 6 weeks of good conditions if we’re lucky. Consider ordering from other sources instead.
I ordered a snowmobile track and shock. The track arrived on December 11, but I have no idea where the shock is. I tried calling multiple times, but nobody answers, and they won’t provide any updates. I should have purchased parts from another source; it would have been faster, and I could have been back on the trail by now.
As a first-time buyer, I didn't check the reviews but I'm glad I didn’t. The prices were excellent, and they had items that other places didn’t. Even when I ordered the wrong part due to not reading the description properly, the return process was effortless. I would definitely do business with them again. Cheers!
I placed an online order on September 25, 2024, but as of today, November 18, I still haven't received it. I've called eight times and emailed five times. I received confirmation from a representative about canceling my order and preparing a full refund, but I haven't seen the refund yet. I spoke to another representative on November 15 who gave me a tracking number that turned out to be false. This morning, I was told my order would arrive soon. It's unbelievable. On November 22, I finally received a refund for the full amount, but it took two months to resolve.
