I placed an online order on September 25, 2024, but as of today, November 18, I still haven't received it. I've called eight times and emailed five times. I received confirmation from a representative about canceling my order and preparing a full refund, but I haven't seen the refund yet. I spoke to another representative on November 15 who gave me a tracking number that turned out to be false. This morning, I was told my order would arrive soon. It's unbelievable. On November 22, I finally received a refund for the full amount, but it took two months to resolve.
