I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy yesterday and want to thank the entire medical team for their kindness and professionalism. Although I only know the name of Dr Rocio Chacchi, everyone I met was incredibly supportive and made me feel safe and cared for.After the procedure, one of the nurses kindly offered me coffee — I hadn't had any in two days, and he brought me a cup with some biscuits. I told him it was the best coffee I'd ever had. It wasn't just the taste — it was the gesture that meant so much.Thank you again to Dr Chacchi and the wonderful team. You made a difficult moment feel much lighter.
