For 3 days now they have said they tried to deliver my parcel and know one has been in. Yet I have disabilities and rarely leave my flat. I've been in every day for the last 2 months at least. They have never been. I have no card that they are supposed to put through. I think it's because it will be quite heavy if all been put in one box and I live up one flight of stairs. It's stuff for Easter for my 8 grandchildren so it's heartbreaking. I don't have the money to spend again. How can they do that. Has anyone else had this issue. What can you do about it. Said they came on the 1 st 2nd and 3 rd of February. I was in all day everyday. The room I'm in is right next to the intercom system and it is working.just telling lies.
