Royal Mail lied about a delivery that was not made!
I paid a visit to Keynsham DO on Saturday 4th April. This as a result of a delivery text I received on 1st April that my letter would be delivered on 1st April, which I had not received. The Keynsham DO spoke to the young stand in postman for that day by phone and he told them it had been posted in my post box. I was in all day on 1st April and checked the postbox 3 times NO POST. My ring door bell history video was proof that no postman visited our road that day. I am still without my Moonpig delivery and we go on holiday Monday 6th April!
