Redirecting service is absolutely broken. I did a redirection from my house which is rented out, last August for myself & my partner. For 3 months my Mail continued to go to my house, I contacted the customer services & apparently they sorted it. I wasn’t getting any mail to my redirection address so I started sending test mail to myself, so far I have sent 8 test letters to myself & have only received 1. I have spoken to customer services 3 times now & all they keep saying is they have spoken to the manager at the office where my original address is. I have not any other mail since October 2025 apart from the one test letter. The last call I made to the customer services I was told someone would call me, I have had no call!
It is not normal to receive NO POST in over 6 months
