Visited the day before an event with my sister to ask for baby blue French tips, but ended up with turquoise instead. We were asked for a £10 deposit, and since I only had £20, they took that without giving back the remaining £10, saying it was for both of us. We returned an hour and a half later, waited 20 minutes, and it took a total of an hour to complete both sets. We were charged £35 each, despite the price board stating £3 per nail for French tips, leading to an extra £5 charge.
