Visited the day before an event with my sister to request baby blue French tips, but received turquoise instead. We were asked to pay a £10 deposit, and since I only had £20, they took that without returning the remaining £10, claiming it covered both of us. We returned an hour and a half later, only to wait 20 minutes before they started. It took them a total of an hour to complete both sets, yet we were charged £35 each, even though the price list stated £3 per nail for French tips, resulting in an extra £5 charge.
It was my first time at Royal Nails today and they had lovely staff they did a fantastic job on my nails. They were very friendly and did a quick but thorough job. They even were handing out free cuticle oils as a christmas gift to all their clients which was very kind and a pleasant surprise! I would definitely recommend as they matched my inspiration pic spot on.

I went for a pedicure and it is the worst one I have ever gotten anywhere. I was rushed . The color is smudged onto my toes. Plus I asked for a basic pedicure and was charged for a gel.I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone
I had acrylic infills and gel this morning. Within two hours the gel was wearing off at the tips. I telephoned them and told them they needed redoing and they said come in any time. No apologies for the inconvenience. I have just gone back in and they filed the tips down. I said I wanted them redoing and they told me to come back in two hours, which I can't do.
BH18. Went in to book appointment, no receptionist. Asked what I wanted by an employee who shouted from across the shop - I waited for him to come to desk and booked in for my nails to be shaped and lacquered the next week. Arrived for appointment, both nail technicians busy, again asked what I wanted - explained I had an appointment, again asked what for, told to wait, waited, told to come over and sit down, a technician busy with other customer gets up and comes over, after very brief discussion clippers my nails down, roughly files, trims around edges, buffs and sends me to wash my hands. I get ushered to the table where she is working on another customers nails where she dabs on some nail oil (I'm still standing) and says I'm done. Seriously? Also, cash only!
