Royal nails, Dalkeith Absolutely disgusted this morning will never use them again When I arrived I informed them I had a 30 min appointment booked for 10am, this allowed me to return home get changed and get to the airport on time for my flight, the place was very busy which is fine, and businesses cannot afford to turn people away, I appreciate that but what is the point of appointments????? No staff spoke to me and soon it became obvious that it doesn’t matter that you had booked in advance , you would still have to wait your turn and there were a couple of people who were sitting waiting so I left. I’m happy to queue and wait any other time but when you book in advance for a reason and your left sitting what’s the point??? so if anyone plans to use this place don’t bother booking it’s a joke
