I agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned that the item looked like it came from a gumball machine. This perfectly describes my custom cufflinks. Upon receiving them, I checked the website to ensure there was no mix-up and confirmed the item was different from the pictures shown. This was a clear bait and switch. I own several pairs of cufflinks, and these are by far the smallest and thinnest, assembled poorly to the extent that after a few wears, the back swivel completely fell apart. They are cheaply made yet boast great reviews on their website. I reached out to them with detailed comparisons and pictures, but they showed no concern for my satisfaction.
