I bought a ring for my husband's 30th birthday. He was very pleased with it upon arrival, but after a few days of wearing, it started to turn his finger green. I contacted the service, and they informed me that this could happen and advised to keep it dry and reach out if there were no changes. I followed their advice and waited two weeks, but there were still no improvements. I tried contacting them through online chat multiple times with no response, and after emailing them, I still received no reply. I sent another email yesterday, and still nothing. I feel ignored at this point. The website claims they will respond the same day or within a few hours, but it has now been a week. This is not the level of service expected when facing an issue with a product.
I agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned that the item looked like it came from a gumball machine. This perfectly describes my custom cufflinks. Upon receiving them, I checked the website to ensure there was no mix-up and confirmed the item was different from the pictures shown. This was a clear bait and switch. I own several pairs of cufflinks, and these are by far the smallest and thinnest, assembled poorly to the extent that after a few wears, the back swivel completely fell apart. They are cheaply made yet boast great reviews on their website. I reached out to them with detailed comparisons and pictures, but they showed no concern for my satisfaction. They had my money and didn’t address the issue at all. **BUYER BEWARE**
I’m currently working on getting a replacement for an item I ordered in the wrong size. The understanding, accommodation, and helpfulness I've experienced so far have been outstanding. If only every service treated their customers with this level of respect and empathy.
