They seem to have lost a transfer of a significant amount of money after another four went through correctly. This happened almost 3 months ago.
After multiple emails and calls (they take hours to pick up), and me and the receiver wasting our time like idiots, now they claim at Roze Remit that the money was withhled by "a third party". They claim to have contacted this supposed "third party" and to be awaiting their response.
I'm gathering all info on all calls and emails, as I am seriously considering going to the police.
Unacceptable, maybe even fraudulent. Never use.
