Payment was completed and confirmed. The product page stated delivery within a maximum of 30 minutes, but after waiting over one hour without any update, I had to contact support myself. Only then was I informed that I needed to complete an ID verification that was not clearly communicated before checkout. Delivery was refused unless I uploaded an ID. I opened a PayPal dispute and only then received a refund. I would not recommend this seller.
