Hello, I have purchased from you many times before and everything usually worked well. Unfortunately, this time a serious issue occurred.
I had to wait a very long time for my order — over 15 hours. During that time, I was told there was a glitch: I could not receive a friend request and no one could enter my game to trade with me, so I was asked to keep waiting.
Later, I was contacted and asked if I had a character that was not yet in the DLC. I confirmed that I did. I logged in with that non-DLC character, received the items, and placed them in the shared stash. I then saved, exited the game, upgraded the character to DLC, and logged back in — and all items in the shared stash were gone.
Since yesterday, I have been trying to resolve this with support, but I keep being dismissed. I was told to contact a manager, but I have still received no response. I am repeatedly told the manager is busy or offline.
As compensation, I received one Ja-Rune, which does not even come close to reflecting the actual loss. I spent over $100, and this does not fairly compensate what disappeared.
Overall, this situation feels very unfair, and the support has not been particularly helpful or respectful. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.
