Took over 6 hours to get my order when each item said delivery in 15 to 45 minutes. Half of my order was out of stock. Them replace the out of stock stuff with an item that was actually cheaper than when I paid. And they weren't the least bit concerned that they kept me holding on for 6 hours. The customer service was very poor. For now on I'll be using D2rgear to get my Diablo 2 item.
