I reached out to the service regarding an issue with my gas fire and accepted the quoted price for a call-out. Unfortunately, I received no follow-up and was left waiting with no updates. When I followed up a few days later, I still didn’t hear back. This was quite disappointing, as even a simple message to inform me of any changes would have been appreciated. Being ignored after agreeing to the service felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. I hope the service can enhance their communication in the future, as a brief update would greatly improve the customer experience.
