This company must be one of the worst garage tha I have delt with in over 50 years of buying cars I would never recommend them to anyone the last time I took my car in for a service and the mot after it was done the general manager and the service manager. Walked me off the premises after I found out that the manager sent me a email to say that they would fill up my tank as a good will but when I got into my car it was only half full so that’s another lie when I got back home rrg sent me a email to say they closed my account I all so phoned up there customer service team but no one were will to talk to me about this situation I all so sent off about 25 emails to the ceo with no response also I sent off about emails to some of the directors but again no response I put in a complaint to Toyota and Lexus headquarters to no avail I all so was told that rrg is Toyota and Lexus is there biggest customer
