Got a broken part, sent it back and refund was denied, got no information why, customer service is not responding to e mails.
Service was a lot better few years ago, scammers are starting to abuse the platform. I have bought a few hundred parts trough this site, but after this incident wont be buying anything expensive anymore, big risk of losing money and not being able to do anything about it. Lost 150 euro and a lot of time trying to solve this. Order nr.7146982
