I lost €308.58. On 7 January 2026, I purchased a Mercedes Benz steering rack. The order was supposed to arrive on 19 January 2026. I made an appointment with the mechanic for 23 January 2026, but the part did not arrive. The mechanic got tired of waiting for the replacement part, so he took on other cars to repair.Finally, the replacement part arrived on 26 January 2026 in the late afternoon. I waited several days for them to give me another appointment at the garage, and the 14 days passed. I automatically lost my right to a refund due to negligence on the part of the delivery service, which was a week late. That wasn't all. When the mechanic opened the box, he saw that the part was completely destroyed. The company does not give you any options after 14 days, but you have to wait 12 + 7 days for their delay + a destroyed part.
Lost order then marked as delivered to my home even though the delivery was supposed to be at a pickup point. Two months of email exchanges with customer support just to fill out a form. Constant requests for unrealistic corrections — one time it’s a comma that needs to be replaced with a period... In short, a disastrous customer service that uses equally terrible delivery providers. Hopefully one day Amazon will be able to offer the same service to buy second hands automobile parts; meanwhile I will never order from this site again.
