Bought a Tesla from here - the pre-sales and initial aftersales support was great, but after a few weeks, I had an issue with the charge port not opening when pressed, which the car said was due to a sensor fault. They said that they could not cover this due to their warranty provider considering it a "trim piece". I emailed back saying that I don't agree that a faulty sensor is a trim piece - and that the warranty is their own arrangement; it doesn't change their obligation to fix the issue. After politely asking them to reconsider, I got an unprofessional email back refusing to fix it. I ended up getting Tesla to repair the sensor, and reclaimed the cost through my credit card provider. Shame they had to make this a bad experience. Judging by other low reviews on here, it's not the first time this has happened.
