Ilegitimate, scam, avoid!

Reborn baby dolls (RSGDOLLS) are not a legitimate company. The dolls I got were fine and actually cute and would have sufficiced - but didn't come with a single thing the advert promised....well it did but not for these dolls. I contacted them - no help. Managed to claim a fraudulent sale back through my bank but the other sale was too late and theywanted to offer me 20% compensation on £250 (or at least I hope so... the doll was $369). Thedolls did not come with the correct clothes. They didn't fit. One didn't come with it's dummy andthe other 2 the magnetic dummies don't fit or there is no magnet on the other side.I do believe this company has a small part actually legitimate to cover the non-legitside. They rip off people far enough away from China to say it's too far to ship back - hear about aeroplanes?! Not to mention I get the exact same email when I emailto work it out. l even offered their dolls back for 50% plus the doll and they said no...suspicious? The shipping insurance I used, Seel, were fantastic! Helping me with a problem beyond their scope as the dolls had arrived - absolutely fantastic service from Jay and the team. I have now dropped my compensation down to 20% of either USD or GPB... their initial offer and everyone agrees. The one woman, Mona, sneakily said she'd be transferring the 10% we agreed upon until I showed her her own email screenshot. But I've heard nothing since and haven't got the 20% in my bank account. So Mona, Yana and Chloe - please just honour our agreement and compensate me 20% in either US dollars or British pounds and that will be the end of it. I spent $530 at your company. You send me missing dummies, awful clothes that don't fit, missing bottles, no blankets or nappies - a lot of empty promises. I was stupidly helping someone out who I really trusted but couldn't afford these dolls as Christmas presents - I knew the feeling)* but they let me down with their end on the bargain. Now my son doesn't get his Christmas wish list. We aren't wealthy people and I had been saving for my son's gift so he could for once get a "cool" present like his friends and because he had worked so hard and did so well in school the passed 3 terms. That was our promise to him. I'm hearbroken for him and he doesn't even know yet. Then I help who I thought was a friend and thought I'd have the money back only to be lied to not only by her but by these 3 ladies for 20%! That means nothing to them - they're a massive company. My husband and I are working overtime to try get our boy something he deserves. Heartless people ruining Christmas for children! 20%! That's how desperate I am. Merry Christmas Mona, Yana and Chloe (and you know who)!! I do believe in Karma. Maybe not today or tomorrow my someday when you least expect it!But to the public - stay away from this company. When buying from the East use great shipping insurance companies like Seel but look into other insurances... it may just be worth it. And to my bank - you guys are brilliant!! Absolutely easiest process!.
