Extremely disappointed with this purchase.
We ordered what was advertised as a “real lifelike reborn baby doll.” What arrived was a stiff, hard plastic doll that feels no different to something you could buy from a discount store for $20–$30. There is nothing realistic about the texture, flexibility, or overall quality.
To make matters worse, when my 8-year-old daughter gently picked the doll up, the head actually fell off. This was absolutely heartbreaking for her. She had saved $140 AUD of her own money to buy what she believed would be a special, lifelike reborn doll.
The product does not match the advertising in terms of realism or quality. Even the dummy does not stay on properly.
Customer service initially offered only a 20% refund, which is unacceptable considering the condition and quality of the item received.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
WARNING! DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PURCHASED A DOLL FOR MY DAUGHTER AND IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. ITS A SCAM!!! WONT EVEN REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, ONLY 25% WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I bought a silicone doll girl which was not like the picture even the cloth. The doll was expensive compared to another plastic doll that you can buy at target or Walmart. Was not silicone was a hard plastic doll.
Completely unacceptable! I ordered two dolls for my grandchildren for Christmas, and they don't even resemble the ones I selected. I can understand minor differences in clothing, but the eye color is way off, and the hair is a complete mess. I reached out for assistance, and all I received was a vague response about each doll being uniquely handcrafted. There's no option for a free return, which means it would cost more to send them back than I originally paid, plus they wouldn't arrive in time. My 5-year-old granddaughter will instantly recognize that it's not what she chose, and honestly, I doubt she'll even like it because the doll is quite unsettling! Terrible service, no empathy, and no support—I'm thoroughly appalled that a company would show such disregard for young children! STAY AWAY at all costs!
I bought this doll as a gift, feeling excited about it. I expected it to resemble the one shown on the website, which is what I thought would happen.
When it arrived and I opened the package, my excitement turned to disappointment. The doll looked nothing like the pictures; even the eye color was wrong.
I reached out to the support team and was asked to provide photos and details about my dissatisfaction.
They offered a 10% refund, which I found unacceptable. Their website claims refunds are processed quickly, but that turned out to be untrue.
I've been in constant communication with them, and I think it's time to escalate this with my bank.
I purchased this doll to give as a gift. I was so excited. I expected it to look like the doll pictured on the website. Isn't that the way its supposed to work?It arrived and I opened it. My heart dropped. I was so disappointed. This thing looked NOTHING like the doll pictures. They didn't even get the eye color correct I contacted customer service and was instructed to send pictures and details as to why I am unhappy with the purchase. They offered to refund me 10% of the purchase price. I did not agree to that. Their website adverises that getting a refund is very fast. That's another lie. I have gone back and forth with these people. I think its time to call the bank.
I’m some thankful for the reviews. My daughter has sent me this website numerous of times asking for a doll. One thing I noticed is that the photos are either AI or a photo of someone’s actual baby. I can’t wait to let her read these reviews so she’s not disappointed when I tell her, I will absolutely NOT purchase from this site. This site is ruining these babies Christmas, shame on you ‼️
Please read. My daughter is actively crying right now in the background after receiving this hoax. The doll is not silicone, not poseable, and does not look real whatsoever. This doll looks like it should be sold at Dollar tree. I was under the impression it would not necessarily look perfect. But you actually take a one dollar doll that you would get at a carnival and sell it For $60 is just a bad thing to do. If I can find more places to post a review I will.
Reborn baby dolls (RSGDOLLS) are not a legitimate company. The dolls I got were fine and actually cute and would have sufficiced - but didn't come with a single thing the advert promised....well it did but not for these dolls. I contacted them - no help. Managed to claim a fraudulent sale back through my bank but the other sale was too late and theywanted to offer me 20% compensation on £250 (or at least I hope so... the doll was $369). Thedolls did not come with the correct clothes. They didn't fit. One didn't come with it's dummy andthe other 2 the magnetic dummies don't fit or there is no magnet on the other side.I do believe this company has a small part actually legitimate to cover the non-legitside. They rip off people far enough away from China to say it's too far to ship back - hear about aeroplanes?! Not to mention I get the exact same email when I emailto work it out. l even offered their dolls back for 50% plus the doll and they said no...suspicious? The shipping insurance I used, Seel, were fantastic! Helping me with a problem beyond their scope as the dolls had arrived - absolutely fantastic service from Jay and the team. I have now dropped my compensation down to 20% of either USD or GPB... their initial offer and everyone agrees. The one woman, Mona, sneakily said she'd be transferring the 10% we agreed upon until I showed her her own email screenshot. But I've heard nothing since and haven't got the 20% in my bank account. So Mona, Yana and Chloe - please just honour our agreement and compensate me 20% in either US dollars or British pounds and that will be the end of it. I spent $530 at your company. You send me missing dummies, awful clothes that don't fit, missing bottles, no blankets or nappies - a lot of empty promises. I was stupidly helping someone out who I really trusted but couldn't afford these dolls as Christmas presents - I knew the feeling)* but they let me down with their end on the bargain. Now my son doesn't get his Christmas wish list. We aren't wealthy people and I had been saving for my son's gift so he could for once get a "cool" present like his friends and because he had worked so hard and did so well in school the passed 3 terms. That was our promise to him. I'm hearbroken for him and he doesn't even know yet. Then I help who I thought was a friend and thought I'd have the money back only to be lied to not only by her but by these 3 ladies for 20%! That means nothing to them - they're a massive company. My husband and I are working overtime to try get our boy something he deserves. Heartless people ruining Christmas for children! 20%! That's how desperate I am. Merry Christmas Mona, Yana and Chloe (and you know who)!! I do believe in Karma. Maybe not today or tomorrow my someday when you least expect it!But to the public - stay away from this company. When buying from the East use great shipping insurance companies like Seel but look into other insurances... it may just be worth it. And to my bank - you guys are brilliant!! Absolutely easiest process!.
