My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and feels very much like a bait-and-switch situation. I ordered two identical African American twin dolls—same complexion, same hair, same eye color—exactly as shown on their website. Instead, the company shipped me two completely different dolls with different labels, different complexions, and different features.When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to make me pay additional fees to return or replace the items. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially when I provided clear photos showing the discrepancies between what I ordered and what they sent. To make matters worse, the dolls arrived with an Amazon label, yet they tried to claim they needed to be returned to China, which makes no sense at all.The lack of accountability, the back-and-forth, and the refusal to correct their own error without charging me more is beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
