I ordered novelty socks after seeing an ad online. They were marketed as woven wool socks with cute teddies, reaching mid-calf. However, what I received were cheap polyester socks, and one pair was ankle length while the other was mid-calf. They looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service immediately, but instead of a full refund, they encouraged me to keep the socks for a partial refund. This company is not based in the UK as they claim. I strongly recommend avoiding these deceptive sellers.
