This is a scam! I ordered some socks after seeing an ad on social media, which cost me nearly £20. What I received was a complete disappointment. The socks were the lowest quality I've ever encountered; one sock even had a koala design with only one eye, and it was hanging off! The service was terrible, and I have no hope of getting a refund. Steer clear of this seller!
I ordered novelty socks after seeing an ad online. They were marketed as woven wool socks with cute teddies, reaching mid-calf. However, what I received were cheap polyester socks, and one pair was ankle length while the other was mid-calf. They looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service immediately, but instead of a full refund, they encouraged me to keep the socks for a partial refund. This company is not based in the UK as they claim. I strongly recommend avoiding these deceptive sellers.

I ordered knitted animal socks based on the images on the website. I received tracking info from overseas, but when the package arrived, it had a local delivery label. The item did not match the description, and after I raised a query with them, they claimed it was correct but offered me £2 as compensation. I suggest staying away from this business that clearly uses others' images to sell low-quality products.

From my experience, I suspect this is a scam site. It appears to be a UK online store for an overseas entity. I ordered two items on August 9th as gifts, but nothing has arrived. I've reached out multiple times, but the tracking has stopped updating, and they refuse to issue a refund, claiming the items are shipped. I would not recommend dealing with this company again.
