My experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering again. They chose to use a delivery service that failed to deliver my package, claiming they had attempted delivery, which was false. I was home, and the reception area was open. Now I have to wait weeks for a refund as they can't guarantee a different delivery method. I will not order again and advise others to avoid this service.
