Very lovely place lovely people. Wanted to the right thing and adopt as there are so many animals

Very lovely place lovely people.
Wanted to the right thing and adopt as there are so many animals in need however was rejected on the basis I do not have a back door I live alone and ground floor flat access to community gardens and I own my own property so sad that people want to help but are rejected. So disappointed

Lack of concern for wildlife.

They show no regard for animals. I reported a wild deer with a carrier bag stuck over its face, and it has been suffering for 17 days. There have been multiple reports on a local community group confirming it has been in the same spot since then. They refuse to send someone to help because the animal isn't being monitored. It's a disappointing organization.

Update on the Injured Fox

Following my review on 28/12/2025 about an injured fox, I received a message from a representative last night informing me that the fox is healthy and will be returned to our area soon. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who cared for the fox, particularly the representative who not only assisted on the 28th but also took the time to keep me informed. Thank you to the organization for all your efforts 🙏.

Extremely disappointing service

The service has been absolutely dreadful, with no one listening to my concerns. I purchased a puppy that was unwell, and this issue has persisted since November. They never return calls or acknowledge emails, leaving me feeling completely ignored. If they expect payment, they won't be receiving any from me. I thought they cared about animals; clearly, that’s not the case. I advise against supporting them.

Appalling 'charity' for animals

I wouldn’t even give this organization one star. Reporting concerns to them feels pointless. I called to report dogs being kept outside in filthy conditions with no bedding, howling and shivering. They were completely unhelpful and uninterested. It’s disgusting.

Concern for a dog in distress

I was shocked to discover so many negative reviews about this organization. I regret adding to them. I contacted them multiple times about a young dog left outside in all weather conditions, with only a tiny box for shelter and a short leash. The situation is dangerous due to nearby traffic, yet they showed no interest in helping. I will never support them again and urge fellow animal lovers to read the reviews before donating.

Misleading charity claims

I contacted this organization thinking they care about animals. However, when I found a stray dog and called them, I was told they don't handle such cases. This confirms to me that it’s a fraudulent charity that doesn’t genuinely care. I question where all the donations go—it's all a scam.

Neglect reported with no action taken

I reported a short-furred breed left outside without shelter for a week, even during snowfall, with only frozen water to drink. The organization claimed they could do nothing. After 96 hours of barking, the dog has gone silent, and no one has taken it inside. I fear the dog may have died from exposure, while they chose to do nothing. Their guiding principles mean nothing.

Frustrated donor

I am a monthly donor to this organization because I care about animal welfare. However, after reporting a neighbor for leaving her pets alone in a flat for days, I witnessed the police and the organization arrive but leave without taking action. The animals were clearly distressed, and I am shocked they were left again. I am seriously considering stopping my donations if this is how they handle neglect reports.
