The person gave absolutely horrible results. It wasn’t feedback on the essay at all, rather simply changing up a word here and there, it didn’t help any of the argument at all. I feel scammed because of the amount of money I paid, to get a simple rewording instead of actual grading and feedback
If I could give zero stars to this service, I would. I submitted my essay twice needing the rubric for a meeting with my instructor as part of the credit with no return. Emailed multiple times with no response. The phone number listed is not even a working number! I had a paid subscription and put my essay in the first time three days before my meeting with my instructor.
