Terrible customer service. They told me my order would ship out in a week. 3 weeks later i am still waiting!!!!!! They keep making up excuses and insinuate i am in the wrong. I called them with my contractor prior to ordering to ask what the shipping time was and ordered after they told me 1 week. 2 weeks later thy told me their supply line has changed and it now takes 2 weeks but their sales man didn't know about the change.Update, its been 27 days since i ordered the cabinets and still not delivered!!!!! Was told shipped out in 7 days and 5 days shipping!!!
