Wow, there are not many companies that I can say with great respect the customer service I received from RTA Wood Cabinets. My cabinets are extremely well made - that even my carpenter was surprised of the quality. I did in fact had to have one part replaced within a week of contact it was delivered. WELL DONE RTA ! I’d never purchased from RTA before hearing a great review from a family member. After trying other companies and getting frustrated with the customer service, I was delighted with the RTA ease of the online experience and exceptional customer service when I needed help from a live person. Akiva listened, understood my situation, and worked with me to come up with a solution that I was delighted with. I will recommend RTA to others and be back if I need another cabinet!
We ordered three cabinets and were having a hard time installing the drawer slides. Luckily, we got ahold of Roman when we called for help. He took apart his own cabinet and took a video so we could see how it was installed, and got on a FaceTime call with us until we figured out the issue. It ended up being a simple fix. One cabinet came with a damaged panel. After how helpful Roman was, I’m expecting that to be taken care of right away. The cabinet that we’ve put together is sturdy and looks beautiful. I can’t wait to get them in place!
We are very pleased with the cabinets and accessories from RTA Wood Cabs. The parts are well made, and assemble very well (although somewhat time-consuming to assemble, but we were trying to keep our costs down)We highly recommend RTA!
Zack Was extremely helpful throughout the process. There were bumps along the way however the the most important thing to me is how are those bumps handled. Zack immediately responded to every issue I had and brought them to a satisfactory resolution. The cabinets are great and I absolutely recommend RTA Wood Cabinets.
This is the third time we've bought cabinets from this company, we usually bought already assembled which means some are going to come damaged, however, all you have to do is take pictures of the damage, what part and size are the ones damaged and send them that info. They get the new ones sent out immediately. The only problem we had with them is they say to make sure you have all the boxes before letting the driver leave, well we don't know what the pallet has on it, they had put two boxes loose on top of the other boxes and they wound up falling off during transit and we were supposed to know that there were 2 more boxes. They did send us the 2 in the end, but still pretty silly to expect us to know what's coming and how many boxes we should have. This time we did RTA instead of assembled and nothing was wrong with any of them. Easy to put together once you do one. Lots of YouTube videos to watch first. If we ever need more we'll definitely be buying from them again!!
We shopped around to many RTA companies as we were planning our kitchen renovation. Akiva and the folks at RTA Wood Cabinets had the best customer service of all of the ones we explored - that was important to us. I was delighted to find that they also had the best quality for price. Even after our order was placed and delivered, when I had a question or concern I could reach out to Akiva and he bent over backward to help. Highly recommend this company! They care!
