I naively assumed that the negative reviews here mostly concerned deliveries to the US and that shipping to Europe would not be an issue. Unfortunately, I have since learned firsthand that this assumption was wrong. The product I ordered was shipped from Russia to the EU and was officially rejected by customs following a regulatory decision. As a result, the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to the sender. No refund was offered.Payment via cryptocurrency should have been my first warning sign. It effectively leaves the customer without any real leverage in case something goes wrong. The terms and conditions are written in a way that places all responsibility on the buyer, even in situations where delivery becomes legally impossible. From a customer perspective, this means that you can pay for both the product and shipping, never receive the goods, and still lose the full amount.I am sharing this experience as a warning to other EU customers so they can make an informed decision before ordering.
