I have orderd few things, my order arrived in time, no problems with customs since I live in Croatia. I am happy with my order! also needed some assistance with payment they have helped me!
Items were well packaged. The expiration dates were over two years in the future. It was an excellent job. I am very happy with purchases. I would buy from again. Job well done. Thank you very kindly for your hard work and attention to detail.
Ordered a 100 euro order in early January which was stalled due to newest Russian Post customs regulations and I was really scared it wouldn't come. I am in Croatia and even though Russian packages would be probably scanned by customs it passed through. The package came in early February and it passed nicely :)I am really happy with customer service and discussion over telegram. I made a new order immediately as well.
Avoid this company.I will describe my case thoroughly. On the 29th of December 2025 I made an order. On the 22nd of January 2026 order arrived at Irish custom. To my suprise the sender didn't add correct custom declaration for items I ordered therefore the package didn't clear the custom. Now since Ireland doesn't ship anything back to Ireland my parcel stuck at Irish custom. After several emails rupills just stopped answering my emails to solve the issue. It was not my fault and they apparently not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I have only one question. Why I can't change the product after 14 days? Only two weeks and I can't change it. Even if I open. The product is good, that's true but in some days I will need another one and I hope you will see my comment and will return in back and send me the new one
I naively assumed that the negative reviews here mostly concerned deliveries to the US and that shipping to Europe would not be an issue. Unfortunately, I have since learned firsthand that this assumption was wrong.The product I ordered was shipped from Russia to the EU and was officially rejected by customs following a regulatory decision. As a result, the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to the sender. No refund was offered.Payment via cryptocurrency should have been my first warning sign. It effectively leaves the customer without any real leverage in case something goes wrong. The terms and conditions are written in a way that places all responsibility on the buyer, even in situations where delivery becomes legally impossible.From a customer perspective, this means that you can pay for both the product and shipping, never receive the goods, and still lose the full amount.I am sharing this experience as a warning to other EU customers so they can make an informed decision before ordering.
