The items I ordered have not been delivered. I called for an update and was promised a callback that never happened. When I called again, I was informed that DHL had delayed my shipment with no estimated time of arrival. This issue had already occurred the previous day, and although I explained this to the support team, they said there was nothing they could do. I mentioned that I had scheduled tradespeople, but was advised against booking them until I received and checked the products. Having managed many projects, it's evident that this company is unreliable, as they don’t even trust their own products and refuse to escalate delivery issues.
