Recently, I ordered a bath panel, but unfortunately it arrived damaged during delivery. I sent photos showing how it was received broken.

The items I ordered have not been delivered. I called for an update and was promised a callback that never happened. When I called again, I was informed that DHL had delayed my shipment with no estimated time of arrival. This issue had already occurred the previous day, and although I explained this to the support team, they said there was nothing they could do. I mentioned that I had scheduled tradespeople, but was advised against booking them until I received and checked the products. Having managed many projects, it's evident that this company is unreliable, as they don’t even trust their own products and refuse to escalate delivery issues.
I returned a brand-new, undamaged shower tray, and the experience was appalling. They refused to refund me because the packaging had brown tape on it, not due to any fault with the product. This is not compliant with consumer law, which states that refunds cannot be denied due to minor cosmetic damage to packaging. They tried to blame me and claimed they were justified in their actions, which they are not. The tray is perfectly resellable. If you consider ordering from them, be prepared for potential issues with returns and a lack of respect for your consumer rights.

After several phone calls, we are still awaiting our order for a shower niche placed 13 working days ago, which is delaying our bathroom renovation. The company has shifted the blame to their manufacturer and courier instead of attempting to resolve the issue. I called again today, and the representative promised to return my call with an update, but two hours later, I have yet to hear back.
