I returned the unwanted mirror, After week and weeks still did receive a refund, I will have to keep phoning the department, you had the returned item on the 14th September 2025, it is now the 13th October 2025, its a lot longer than 14 days, it was only processed on Friday 10th of October 2025. I do apologise, you received the parcel back on the 3 rd of October 2025, I have not received a email today confirming anything about my refund, I actually phoned your department for the second time to chase up my refund.
