I ordered several kits with frames but never received any of them. I invested a considerable amount of money and have nothing to show for it. When I requested a refund, they claimed they couldn't process it since the items were supposedly sent, and provided a tracking link. However, the tracking shows no updates for the last two weeks, and it's been over a month since I placed the order. Their indifference is what frustrates me the most.
