I believe this seller is based in China. I placed an order for 2 kits on December 9, 2025, choosing the $8.00 shipping option, confident it would arrive by Christmas. Now, on December 22nd, I still haven't received anything. After emailing them, they provided a tracking number for a shipping service I’m unfamiliar with, indicating the items are still in China. I will not be purchasing from them again!
Exercise caution. I cannot recommend this service. When placing my order, I was led to believe it was a UK-based business, which encouraged me to order to lessen my carbon footprint. After ordering an embroidery kit, I realized this information was misleading, and the service is actually based in Hong Kong. I later received a suspicious text asking for more postage money, which my bank flagged as fraudulent.

I ordered several kits with frames but never received any of them. I invested a considerable amount of money and have nothing to show for it. When I requested a refund, they claimed they couldn't process it since the items were supposedly sent, and provided a tracking link. However, the tracking shows no updates for the last two weeks, and it's been over a month since I placed the order. Their indifference is what frustrates me the most.
Never again. I intended to give this embroidery kit as a gift, but it arrived poorly packed in cheap plastic, and the box was so damaged that I can't present it as a gift. I'm very disappointed. I've been asked for more details, but I lack confidence in providing personal information to a service I don't trust. They already have all the information they need.
The embroidery pattern images are AI-generated and not feasible to recreate as shown. They've appropriated artists' designs and produced AI copies with corresponding instructions; the original patterns are available through other platforms.
