Never again. I intended to give this embroidery kit as a gift, but it arrived poorly packed in cheap plastic, and the box was so damaged that I can't present it as a gift. I'm very disappointed. I've been asked for more details, but I lack confidence in providing personal information to a service I don't trust. They already have all the information they need.
