We use them to supply materials for our latest garden room project. Mixed bag experience, some good and some bad things.Good:- good price- short lead time- early morning delivery- reasonably dealt with after-sale issuesBad:- Some of the cladding planks were covered in mold and could not be used. So we had to call them back and sort out the issue with the planks that we couldn't use. They sent us a replacement swiftly and without issues. Not great that our schedule was messed up since we couldn't fit the cladding when we were planning to, but to be fair, they dealt with the issue as best as they could. We will probably use them again on the next project.
