Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, utterly shocking! Ordered a ring on the 12th January for my daughter’s 18th bday! Still has received it and it’s the 16th Feb. Can’t ever speak to anyone! Never answering the questions I asked them ! Customer services is appalling!! Please steer clear of this company !! Absolute shambles
