My husband ordered a ring for me on the 30th December 25 we still haven't received it today is 19th February26 . All we ever get is a email saying your order has been dealt with but never had a delivery date. This ring was a present it said when we ordered the ring a two week delivery. It is so frustrating this ring was over £ 500 pounds. Not even a telephone number you can ring. I've ordered a couple of things before and never had this problem.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service.
I ordered a ring which was later then expected and customer service said they would give me a 5% refund for the delay. The ring size was wrong, and therefore sent it back for a smaller size.
It was returned 4 weeks ago, and customer service just keep saying they cannot give us a date for dispatch. Even though the size is available online to order.
They gave my money, no ring in sight, and also never received the discount.
I am totally gutted and very frustrated as it was a beautiful ring!

I just want a new one dispatched and they should take more care in existing customers!!

Almost a month later, no delivery, no communication.

Every time I chase, I receive a stock answer about waiting and getting a 5% refund. I've explained I'm not interested and would simply like a refund. As of yet, nothing.

Can’t ever speak to anyone! Never answering the questions I asked them ! Customer services is appalling!! Please steer clear of this company !! Absolute shambles

I purchased a necklace before Christmas and was deeply disappointed by the poor quality when it arrived. I returned the item in early January, yet over a month later, I am still waiting for my refund.

Every time I contact customer service, I am given the same excuse: they have a "backlog" and cannot provide a specific date for my money to be returned. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable company should be able to process returns in a timely manner, not hold onto a customer’s funds indefinitely.

At this point, it feels less like a delay and more like a scam. Save your money and your sanity—shop elsewhere.

Got my money refunded by contacting my bank and requesting a chargeback through visa.

Do not under any circumstances trust this companies trust pilot score !

Ordered a bracelet for my mothers Xmas present and have been given the run around for weeks now , 2 months later and still no goods or refund the owner of the company has some 15 jewellery companies registered with companies house, half of which have been dissolved. I will be chasing this through court, rip off Britain, trading standards the whole hog , as a matter of principle for all the good it will do the individual is obviously a career criminal with absolutely no moral compass.
Building a career ripping off decent trusting hard working people how they sleep at night is beyond me.

Ordered a necklace as a gift on 25th Dec, item showing as next day dispatch and delivery by 4th Jan. 4th Jan passes so I contacted them to be told they are experiencing dispatch delays but the item will be with me soon. A week later, nothing received so I contacted them again. They offer me a 10% refund and say the item is still being processed. I accepted this but the refund nor the necklace came. I chased again and more excuses were given. Now, over a month later, still no refund, still no dispatch and still no delivery date provided, they offer another 5% off.

I have requested a full refund and cancellation with funds to be returned by 6/2/26 otherwise I will request a charge back and report to trading standards.

This organisation is a scam

Absolute shocking customer service. Placed an order in November 25 go a Xmas gift still waiting for my refund as the item was out of stock (which they didn’t tell me about until January). Despite calling daily and emailing (with no answers) I’ve still not got my money back. I had a reply on 16 Jan saying they had arranged refund but yet 14 days later I’ve still not got it nor have I had any response as to why they are taking so long.

Same situation as the other recent reviews. Ordered an item worth over 1200 euro. I received one update 3 weeks ago stating it had been delayed despite it being originally scheduled to arrive on the 1st January.

Tried to get in contact multiple times since with no luck. Truly awful experience. Doesn't look good for ever receiving an item not a mind how to go about a refund.

Can you please reach out and provide an update as you seem to be more responsive here than your support channels.
