I purchased a ring and after receiving and estimated delivery date, after waiting for 2 months past the delivery date the customer service was unable to give me and update on the progress of the ring. After weeks of emailing back and forth I was still not given an update. I finally asked for a refund and they will not give me a time frame of refund. After reading more reviews others have waited months to get a refund back.. do not buy from this company they will not give you and sort of update on your purchase even after it’s months late.
