Terrible experience with this joke of a company. Do NOT buy a car from them, please read the reviews (their reviews are terrible on every single website) and shop somewhere else. It took 4 months, a complaint to the FLDMV and the Better Business Bureau before this company did anything to get me my tags. First off, once you send them money they are done with you and don't care about you. I didn't even get a bill of sale, just an email confirmation they sent the temporary tags out. Those tags expired, and it took 6 separate attempts to contact RubyCar to get another set. My emails were ignored, calling support only got me "your sales advisor is busy, they'll call back". 6 times reaching out to get another tag. That tag expired so I reached out to the FLDMV and filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB is the only thing that helped me get any help. You almost have to get the BBB to help you because RubyCar won't help. BBB muscled them into giving me an update and they told me that, 4 months later, they didn't have all the required paperwork and that's why I didn't have tags. Why did it take 4 months and the BBB for them to just email me and ask for some paperwork? Were they just never going to reach out to me ever? The only reason they did was the BBB got them to. What kind of joke of a business works like this? Do NOT support this terrible company. Do not give them your money. Look elsewhere and let them fail like they deserve.
