How I wish I’d read the one star reviews. We booked waiting staff with ruby lemon for our wedding day through add to events as well as being recommended them by our tipi hire company. 75% of the staff didn’t turn up. One of the ones that did barely spoke English and did not care that she was serving a wedding - she was slow and unhelpful. The one guy who was competent was so stressed. Ruby lemon didn’t provide a contact number and didn’t tell us most of the staff didn’t turn up. This completely ruined our day, with family and friends having to pitch in to serve food and drinks, do the transitions of furniture for day/night etc. DO NOT use ruby lemon. Horrific experience, and clearly this is a regular occurrence with how many reviews cite this issue. If you want a stress free wedding day - choose another provider.
