I have tried reaching support because I redeemed my $30 free play as a new player and got up to $200 and it showed withdrawalable but now says $721 play through , I’m not understanding because I’m not familiar with these gaming sites vs Luckyland, Zula, Chumba, etc . I have verified multiple times with success but it continues saying I have missing documents, I complete it with confirmation and it keeps making me do it even after “success”. I never heard back from support
